Timing
Three to seven days production from artwork approval, then two to five business days by UPS Ground from North Carolina.
If you are timing it to a sales event, order three weeks out to leave room for an artwork revision.

No service in California
We run a full service programme, but only in greater Phoenix and Tucson, because our own trucks and crew have to reach the site.
In California you own the balloon and your people fly it. Setup is about ten minutes after the first time. Decide now who that person is, because that decision is what determines whether the balloon is still flying in month three.
